About
Mountaintop Productions is a privately held and family-run international film production company that focuses on feature-length films, documentaries, and television. Founded in 2010 in Israel and 2012 in the United States, the company's production offices are located in Tel Aviv and New York City. Mountaintop’s films have screened at Sundance, Toronto, SXSW, and other festivals, and have won numerous awards, including the Israeli Academy Award for Best Film.
Mountaintop Productions is partnered with veteran Hollywood producer Andy Horwitz in LA-based production company Big Swell Entertainment, and also owns Movie Mobile, the second biggest equipment and studio rental company in Israel, that sits on 12,000 square meters in a strategic location in Tel Aviv.
This makes Mountaintop the only production company in Israel that owns both studios and equipment while offering production services, and that also boasts a strategic foothold in Hollywood. Mountaintop Productions is in the unique position to help production companies from abroad fulfill their creative vision in Israel, and bring Israeli creations to Hollywood.
